It only takes a few minutes to get premium quality underwear delivered to your front door! Follow the steps below to help get you started:

1. Create an account by simply selecting “Join Now” or “Log In” located at the top of our homepage
2. Select what styles you want:" thong", "cheeky", "mixed" (combination)
3. Select your size (small, medium, large, x-large)
4. Enter your billing and shipping information and we will take care of the rest!
5. Now sit back and relax, your first order of Beneathe is on its way

(All orders are in the mail within 5 business days of the 15th of the month or in other words when the countdown on our website hits zero.)

Please keep in mind that if you order AFTER the countdown of that current month expires your order will typically be shipped with the following month's orders. Don’t be shy to email us for any inquiries, we won’t bite!

Of course, you can!! We aim to make your experience as easy as possible!

BUT, please be sure to make changes to any subscriptions before the countdown of that month expires (15th) so we don’t charge you :)

To cancel your subscription, log into your account. Once there, you should see the option to manage your subscription, and you can cancel from there!

You will be billed on the 28th of each month.

You can expect your package to be shipped on the 1st of each month. Due to high volume, packages can sometimes take longer than one week to be received. If that’s the case we will do our best to keep you informed, but don’t hesitate to ask! You will receive an automated tracking email when your bag ships.

Beneathe is a recurring subscription that will automatically process your order until you cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month.

The recurring payment is $ 9.99 or $12.99 dollars billed every month on the 28th .

Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at the moment. Sad, we know!

• You will be billed at the time you place your order.

• Your first bag will ship within 3 days of placing your order.

• You will be charged again on the 28th of the same month for your second bag, which will be shipped out on the 1st of the next month.

All future charges will be made on the 28th of each month, and all bags will be shipped out the following 1st of the month per the standard shipping and billing schedule.
